How much is shipping?
We offer a free shipping method. We also offer an Express Post option for Canadian and U.S residents. This method is a discounted flat rate of $25.00. You will have a chance to choose the method of shipping that best suits your needs when you checkout with your purchase.
When will I get my pipe if I place an order today?
Because all of our pipes are handmade, production times can vary depending on the season. However, your order should not exceed a production time of 6-8 weeks.
How do I clean my pipe?
Please refer to our Pipe Care Tips section. For any other questions or inquiries feel free to call or e-mail us.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on quality of craftsmanship. If you are unhappy with your pipe when you receive it, you can return it for a refund (unused of course). We offer a free no fault warranty for 6 months on any manufacturers defects or accidental breakage. After this time there is a small material charge to have bowls or stems replaced. $15.00 for a bowl and $10.00 for a stem. This ensures that you will be able to maintain your MacQueen Pipe for a lifetime.
Why is your Currency on the Site USD if your company is from Canada?
MacQueen Pipes is proud to be a Canadian company. We do however like to make ordering internationally as easy and friendly as possible no matter where you are from. USD currency is the most recognized currency on the Internet. If you would like a price list e-mailed to you in your currency please contact info@macqueenpipes.com
What does Pre-Carbonized mean?
We offer a Carbon Powder Treatment that is applied to the bowl's interior wall to protect your pipe while it goes through it's cake building period . This process is strictly up to the customer to request as it ensures that you will not damage your pipe from smoking it to hot and burning the Briar. The down side to Pre-Carb is that blocks the Briar wood from soaking in the tobacco resin which ultimately limits how well your pipe can mature. We advise that you request a precarb only if you are new to pipe smoking and advise against pre-carbonizing Ceard Series pipes.
Pre-Carb is mandatory on White Wizard pipes as they are made from white ash wood that would otherwise scorch very easily.

How much is the Pre-Carb?
There is no extra charge for Pre-Carbonized bowls. You will be given the option to add pre-carb when you checkout. .
